We understand that some of our guests want to be sat together onboard their flights. With most of our flight bookings, seats will not be able to be selected until at least 30 days before travel, In some circumstances, it can be even closer to travel. In a small number of cases, you may not be able to select seats at all.

Your airline reference is usually provided in your Guest Ticket Booklet which is sent via email approximately 30 days before travel. If the airline reference isn't displayed, or it states your reference is invalid, please do get in touch on 0344 493 2043. Once you have received your airline reference number, in most cases you can request seats on the relevant airline website.
