Raw on 5 has an amazing array of delicacies from the sea - and beyond. At the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a dramatic raw bar display showcasing an abundance of fresh seafood, including oysters, crab, and lobsters. Inside, you’ll see our sushi chef creating mouthwatering bites, fresh sashimi, caviar, and an incredible selection of champagnes. The spirited menu features unique cocktails like the Spicy Mango Tini, and there are even sections of the menu dedicated to Vodka and Champagne selections.
Raw on 5 is also visited by the Magic Carpet℠, which becomes an open-air casual seafood restaurant alongside Raw on 5. With its own menu of select Raw on 5 favourites as well as unique menu items found only on the Magic Carpet - including raw bar items, the Alaskan California Maki Roll, Lobster Rolls, Tuna Nicoise Salad, Popcorn Shrimp, Crispy Crab Cakes, and so much more - the Magic Carpet at Raw on 5 is not to be missed. When the two restaurants meet, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to dine al fresco as you glide over the glistening water below.

Start your meal off with something from the Raw section, perhaps the Oysters or the Scallop Ceviche. Or how about a vodka to pair with your caviar? There’s a hot section, too, with Crispy Crab Cakes, Steamed Mussels, and more. In fact, there’s such a wide assortment of Sashimi, Rolls, and Ceviche that you’ll want to come back time and again to catch all of the incredible offerings.
