It's Time to Crew up with Women

Championing gender equality has always been important at Celebrity Cruises. We know that the diversity of our incredible crew makes us stronger and more successful. So much so, we are committed to continuing to increase the number of women working onboard our ships and have become the industry leaders in this space. 

We are proud to have gone from 3% of women on the bridge in 2015 to 22% fleet-wide in 2019 and, Celebrity Edge®, our revolutionary new ship launched with 30% women crew – more than 50% higher than any other ship in our fleet or the industry, but we are not finished. We are proud to champion this movement and even more proud that others in the industry have joined us.
