The epic Norwegian Fjords are awe-inspiring at any time of the year, but they’re perhaps at their most impressive in spring – making May the perfect time to visit. We’ll take you gliding through the cobalt blue waters of Geirangerfjord and Sognesfjord. Look out for quiet villages nestled into the slopes, and waterfalls thundering into the water.
The Fjords in May enjoy warm, mild temperatures and refreshing breezes. As the main tourist season runs between June and August, you’ll miss the tourist crowds and enjoy some of the Fjords’ best attractions, like Flam Railway, to yourself.
