Ships designed for accessibility

Our ships are designed to cater to the needs of all our guests. From accessible staterooms and venues to limited professional medical services. We offer you medical treatment for a reasonable fee through independently contracted, licensed physicians and nurses.

Assistance from the moment your trip begins

If requested in advance (and subject to availability), Celebrity can arrange for accessible transport between the airport and the pier, at no extra charge. We also offer boarding and departure assistance if you have mobility impairments - please ask when you arrive at the pier, or contact us before your cruise.

Explore the ship...and the shore

While a Celebrity ship is a destination in itself, a big part of your cruise holiday is exploring the many ports of call. We make every effort to accommodate you wherever we can at each port.

Ship to shore transportation

Occasionally, factors beyond our control make it impossible to berth our ships at a particular port of call. If this happens, we’ll anchor the ship offshore and use small boats (tenders) to travel back and forth. If you have difficulty boarding the tender, we will decide whether it’s safe to do so. We are now installing lifts to make this process easier - please check with us for individual ships.
