Accessibility
Find out how we can accommodate all our guests' medical needs, including oxygen and dialysis.

Your Medical Needs
Celebrity accommodates guests with medical conditions that require the use of dialysis or oxygen. These guests should contact us to discuss policies and procedures for bringing the appropriate equipment onboard.

If you have another type of medical condition that has not been mentioned, please inquire about policies and procedures that may affect your cruise. For additional information, call 01932-834243 send an email to specialservices.uk@rccl.com or have your local travel agent or International Representative contact us.
Dialysis
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome to board all Celebrity Cruises vessels. However, Celebrity Cruises does not have the ability to assist or administer hemo-dialysis treatments. Those guests using peritoneal dialysis should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to sailing. Please contact us for more information on policies and procedures.
Oxygen
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. Please notify us as to quantity, type and delivery schedule. Each vessel has a different storage policy; however, you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.
Pregnancy
Celebrity Cruises welcomes pregnant guests, but we cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week at any point during their cruise or cruisetour. Please ask your Travel Agent to contact us if you have already booked your cruise and do not meet this requirement.

For existing bookings who do not meet the new requirements, we have been granted leniency for sailings commencing up to and including 31st October 2008 as long as you met the original policy you booked under. You must complete the waiver process as detailed and bring it with you to the pier for check-in. For full details have your Travel Agent call us on 0800 018 5806.

The pregnancy waiver must be completed as well as supplying the doctor's Fit To Travel letter stating number of weeks pregnant at end of cruise/cruisetour, that you are fit to travel and not a high risk pregnancy. A copy of this letter must be sent to our Special Services department by post or by fax to 01932-820603 at least 30 days before sailing.

Note: If you have another type of medical condition that has not been mentioned, please inquire about policies and procedures that may affect your cruise.
