Luggage Valet Service

We aim to make your Celebrity Cruises experience stress free so you can completely relax on your cruise holiday.  Luggage valet is available on Celebrity Eclipse and is one of the many services we offer to make your holiday hassle free.  We can collect your luggage from your home and deliver it to your departure port.

• Call us on 0845 6860662 and tell us how many cases need to be collected.  (Please pay at time of reservation £35 per bag including VAT each way).
• Tell us the date and port of embarkation. 
• Tell us where you want the cases picked up from. (Transit times from 24 to 96 hours subject to location on the UK mainland including the Isle of White.  This service is not available in Northern Ireland.
• Tell us the date and place of disembarkation.

Luggage valet is also available from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, Florida; San Diego, California; Seattle, Washington and Seward and Alaska.  If you are returning from any of these ports and would like to use our luggage valet services you can arrange this onboard. Simply leave your luggage outside your stateroom the evening before disembarkation and collect your bags at your final destination airport.

The participating airlines include: Air Canada, Air Tran, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, Unites and US Airways, however these airlines vary by port

Fee for the return luggage valet is $20/guest, and includes 2 pieces of luggage per guest.  The charge will be added to your SeaPass account at the time of purchase. Any additional airline baggage fees still apply in addition to the fee for Luggage Valet, and will also be charged to your SeaPass account prior to disembarkation.
